This Privacy Policy explains how LnD Studios LLC handles information when you use ShotCaller. ShotCaller is designed to help users track basketball shots, sessions, shooting percentages, streaks, and related practice data.
Information You Enter or Generate
ShotCaller may store shot tracking sessions, makes, misses, shooting percentages, streaks, session labels, timer information, and app settings on your device so the app can provide tracking and history features.
Subscriptions and Purchases
Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. ShotCaller does not process your payment card information. Subscription status is managed through RevenueCat, which helps the app determine whether the ShotCaller Pro entitlement is active.
Apple Watch
ShotCaller may exchange session-related information between the iPhone app and Apple Watch app to support Watch-based shot logging and session display.
Third-Party Services
ShotCaller uses Apple services for App Store purchases and may use RevenueCat for subscription entitlement management. These services may process information necessary to complete purchases, restore purchases, and verify subscription status.
Support
If you contact support, the information you choose to include in your message may be used to respond to your request and troubleshoot the issue.
Data Retention and Deletion
Shot tracking data and app settings are stored locally on the user’s device. Users can remove this data by deleting sessions within the app or deleting the app. Support emails are retained only as reasonably necessary to respond to and resolve the request.
Children
ShotCaller does not require users to create an account or directly submit personal information. If a child contacts support, the information included in that message will only be used to respond to the request.
